Do I need Sales Navigator to use Ln2CRM?
No. Ln2CRM is designed to work with regular LinkedIn pages. The workflow is simple: open a profile, match it to existing CRM records, prevent duplicates, and log notes/tasks without switching tabs.
Is Ln2CRM a tool for LinkedIn and CRM integration?
Yes. Ln2CRM is a Chrome sidebar extension that connects LinkedIn profiles and company pages with your CRM. It helps you search CRM data, match existing records, and create or update contacts/companies/deals from the LinkedIn page.
Does Ln2CRM work with Salesforce?
Yes — Salesforce support shipped in May 2026. Ln2CRM connects via OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and works with Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, Task, Event, and EmailMessage objects. Custom Salesforce fields can be mapped during setup. Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Zoho remain fully supported.
How does Ln2CRM compare to Surfe or Apollo on price?
At Pro ($23/user/month), Ln2CRM costs about a third of Surfe Pro ($79) and Apollo Professional ($79). The difference: we don't sell a contact database. If you already have one — Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha — or just LinkedIn itself, you don't pay for it twice. Ln2CRM is the bridge between LinkedIn and the CRM you already use, with no per-credit phone-number markup.
How can Ln2CRM save time when working with a CRM?
Ln2CRM saves time by keeping CRM work in the same context where prospecting happens: LinkedIn. You can check activity history, add notes/tasks, and update fields in a sidebar—so you avoid tab switching, copy-paste loops, and duplicate cleanup.
How does Ln2CRM prevent duplicates?
Before creating anything, Ln2CRM checks for possible matches in your CRM using signals like LinkedIn URL, company domain, name + company patterns, and existing linked records. You can link to an existing record instead of creating a duplicate.
Is Ln2CRM allowed by LinkedIn?
Ln2CRM is not “officially approved” by LinkedIn. However, Ln2CRM is built as a productivity tool: it does not auto-run actions, it does not automate outreach, and it does not scrape data in the background. You stay in control and initiate actions manually (similar to a structured copy/paste workflow).
Does Ln2CRM automate LinkedIn actions or run in the background?
No. Ln2CRM does not auto-message, auto-connect, or run background automation. It’s a sidebar workflow tool that helps you capture and organize information you’re already viewing and then sync it to your CRM.
What permissions does the extension need and why?
Ln2CRM uses only the permissions required to run on LinkedIn pages and to store your settings/session. For example: access to LinkedIn pages where the sidebar is shown, local storage for your preferences, and network access to communicate with the Ln2CRM backend and your CRM connection.
Do you store my CRM API token and how is it protected?
Ln2CRM requires a CRM connection (API token and/or OAuth depending on the CRM) to fetch and update CRM records. Connection credentials should be stored securely (encrypted at rest, not logged, access-limited). You can revoke access anytime in your CRM and disconnect Ln2CRM.
What counts as a “credit” and how do monthly limits work?
Credits reset monthly per user. Create = creating or updating a lead/contact/company/deal. Manage = fetching history or adding notes/tasks/activities. Copilot = one AI generation call.
What happens if LinkedIn UI changes?
LinkedIn UI changes happen. Ln2CRM is designed to be resilient, and we aim to roll out an extraction update quickly. Our target is to ship a fix within 12 hours after a breaking layout change.
Where does enriched email and phone data come from?
Ln2CRM doesn't sell a contact database. Email and phone enrichment uses your own provider key — paste your FullEnrich, Hunter, or Apollo API key in Settings, and we call your account on your behalf when you click ✨ next to an empty Phone or Email field. You pay your provider directly at their list price (FullEnrich starts at free / 50 credits, then $29/mo for 500 credits). Ln2CRM never adds a markup.
Do you store enriched email and phone data?
We do not. The enrichment call is a pass-through: we forward your linkedin_url and name hints to your provider, return the result to your browser, and store nothing on our side. If you click Save to CRM, the value lands in your CRM as a normal record field — the same place every other field goes. Enrichment is opt-in per click; it never runs silently.
