Sales Navigator pricing looks simple on LinkedIn's compare page and gets complicated the moment you ask the two questions that matter: how much is it per year once you pick a billing period and a currency, and which tier do you actually need. Most teams buy one tier too high, usually because they assume CRM sync comes with the seat. It does not.
Every price below was read from LinkedIn's own compare plans page, which LinkedIn last updated on September 27, 2026, and checked again on October 3, 2026. Prices exclude VAT and GST and change by region, so treat the tables as the list price and confirm the final figure at checkout.
How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost in 2026?
Short answer: Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 per month per seat, or $1,079.88 per year, which works out to $89.99 a month on annual billing. Sales Navigator Advanced costs $159.99 per month, or $1,799.88 per year, about $149.99 a month on annual billing. Sales Navigator Advanced Plus has no list price: LinkedIn quotes it per team based on seat count, CRM integration and onboarding, and quotes we have seen from customers start around $1,600 per seat per year. Annual billing saves 25% on Core and 6% on Advanced. The same tiers are sold in euros, pounds, Canadian and Australian dollars at slightly different rates, listed below. CRM sync and writeback live only on Advanced Plus, and only for Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and a few others, so a team that wants LinkedIn in Pipedrive or Zoho gets nothing extra from the top tier.
Sales Navigator pricing by tier
| Tier | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Per month on annual | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $119.99 / month | $1,079.88 / year | $89.99 | Individual sellers and founders doing their own prospecting |
| Advanced | $159.99 / month | $1,799.88 / year | $149.99 | Sales teams that share lists and need central billing |
| Advanced Plus | By quote | By quote (customer quotes from about $1,600 / seat / year) | By quote | Teams on Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics that want LinkedIn's native CRM sync |
Prices are per license in US dollars, before tax. Monthly billing on Core is 33% more expensive over a year than annual billing ($1,439.88 against $1,079.88). On Advanced the gap is small ($1,919.88 against $1,799.88), which is why LinkedIn advertises the Advanced discount as 6%.
What Sales Navigator Core includes
Core is the tier most people mean when they say "Sales Navigator". It gives you 50 or more advanced search filters, saved leads and accounts with alerts on job changes and company news, lead recommendations, 50 InMail credits a month, and Account IQ and Lead IQ, LinkedIn's AI summaries of an account or a person. It also includes the Premium benefits (unlimited profile browsing and who viewed your profile), which matters for the Premium vs Sales Navigator question below.
What Sales Navigator Advanced adds
Advanced is the team tier. On top of Core it adds team seat management with centralized billing, TeamLink (seeing who on your team is connected to a prospect), Smart Links (trackable content packages), buyer intent signals, CSV account upload and usage reporting for managers. If you are a solo seller, almost none of this is worth $720 a year more. If you run five or more reps, central billing alone can justify it.
What Sales Navigator Advanced Plus adds
Advanced Plus is where LinkedIn's CRM features live: CRM Sync, which writes Sales Navigator activity (InMails, messages, saved leads) back to the CRM, lead and contact creation from inside Sales Navigator, CRM data validation and ROI reporting. LinkedIn lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle as supported integrations. Pipedrive and Zoho are not on the list: Zoho ships its own Sales Navigator extension through the Zoho Marketplace, which still requires Advanced Plus and is not a full CRM Sync, and Pipedrive has no native path at all. The tier is sold only by quote, with a demo and an onboarding package, which is why there is no price on the page.
Sales Navigator pricing by region: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD
LinkedIn publishes list prices in five currencies. Other countries see a local price at checkout that LinkedIn does not publish, and it can differ noticeably from a straight conversion. All figures are per license and exclude VAT or GST.
| Currency | Core, monthly | Core, annual | Advanced, monthly | Advanced, annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| USD (United States) | US$119.99 | US$1,079.88 | US$159.99 | US$1,799.88 |
| EUR (eurozone) | €120.99 | €1,088.88 | €148.21 | €1,693.88 |
| GBP (United Kingdom) | £94.99 | £959.88 | £130.00 | £1,499.88 |
| CAD (Canada) | C$144.99 | C$1,199.88 | C$179.99 | C$2,039.88 |
| AUD (Australia) | A$154.99 | A$1,499.88 | A$189.99 | A$2,159.88 |
Two things stand out. The euro price for Core is almost identical to the dollar price even though the euro is worth more, so European buyers pay a small premium. And the annual discount is not the same everywhere: on Advanced in euros the annual rate saves about 5%, in Australian dollars about 5%, in US dollars 6%. If your company pays in a currency that is not listed, LinkedIn shows the local figure after you click Start your free trial, before any charge.
Billing, free trial and how renewals work
- Monthly or annual. Both are available for Core and Advanced. The annual plan is charged up front for twelve months.
- Free trial. LinkedIn offers a one month free trial of Sales Navigator Core to eligible accounts. A payment method is required and the trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Accounts that already used a trial, or that recently held a Premium subscription, are often not eligible.
- Tax. The listed prices exclude VAT, GST and sales tax. Companies in the EU and UK can usually reclaim VAT with a business account.
- Cancelling. You can cancel from the Premium subscription settings at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. The Sales Navigator alternatives guide has a cancellation checklist covering what to export before the seat ends.
LinkedIn Premium vs Sales Navigator: which one do you need?
This is the most common pricing question after "how much", because Premium Business costs roughly half of Sales Navigator Core and the names overlap. Does Sales Navigator include Premium? Yes: LinkedIn's help centre states that Premium services are available to Premium Business, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite subscribers, so a Sales Navigator seat already covers unlimited browsing, who viewed your profile and the Premium badge. The difference is search depth, lead lists and InMail volume.
| Plan | US list price | InMail credits / month | Advanced search and lead lists | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium Career | About $39.99 monthly, about $29.99 a month billed yearly | 5 | No | Job seekers |
| Premium Business | About $59.99 monthly, about $47.99 a month billed yearly | 15 | No (unlimited browsing and business insights only) | Founders and consultants who mostly browse and message within their network |
| Sales Navigator Core | $119.99 monthly, $89.99 a month billed yearly | 50 | Yes: 50+ filters, saved leads and accounts, alerts, Account IQ | Anyone whose job is finding and reaching new accounts |
Premium prices are LinkedIn's US figures and vary more by country than Sales Navigator; LinkedIn shows the exact local price on the Premium page when you are signed in. InMail allowances are from LinkedIn's own plan comparison.
The practical rule: if you search for new people every week, Premium Business is the wrong purchase, because its search is the same as the free account's. If you mostly message people you are already connected to and want the Premium badge and insights, Sales Navigator is overkill. And if the real job is getting LinkedIn profiles and conversations into your CRM, neither plan does it: that is a Chrome extension job, covered in the CRM sync section.
Sales Navigator Core vs Advanced: is Advanced worth $720 more a year?
For a single seller, no. Advanced adds nothing to search, InMail volume or lead lists. It adds team features: TeamLink, Smart Links, central billing, buyer intent and manager reporting. The break even is a team of roughly four or five people who prospect the same accounts, where seeing a colleague's warm path to a buyer (TeamLink) saves real InMails. Below that, buy Core.
Do you need Advanced Plus for CRM sync? Usually not
This is the expensive misunderstanding. LinkedIn's native CRM Sync, the one that writes InMails and saved leads into Salesforce or HubSpot, requires an Advanced Plus seat for every rep, on top of a CRM edition that supports it (Sales Cloud Enterprise or Pro Suite with the API add on, Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise). Added up per rep and per year, the native route lands around $2,700 on HubSpot, $3,100 to $3,700 on Salesforce and about $1,900 on Zoho through the marketplace extension; the message sync guide shows the full stack for each CRM. For Pipedrive there is no native route at any price.
A Chrome extension on regular LinkedIn does the same capture job through the CRM's own API, with no Sales Navigator seat at all. Ln2CRM saves people, companies and deals from a profile, shows CRM history on the page, syncs the conversation with timestamps and works with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce. It has a free tier, Base is $13 per user per month billed yearly ($16 monthly) and Pro is $23; see the Ln2CRM pricing page. It also runs inside Sales Navigator lead pages, so teams that keep Core for search still get CRM capture without moving to Advanced Plus.
| What you want | Native Sales Navigator path | Cost per rep per year | Extension path | Cost per rep per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Save LinkedIn profiles to Salesforce | Advanced Plus + Sales Cloud with API | $3,100 to $3,700 | Ln2CRM on Salesforce, any API edition | $156 to $276 |
| Log LinkedIn messages in HubSpot | Advanced Plus + Sales Hub Pro | about $2,700 | Ln2CRM on HubSpot, works on HubSpot Free | $156 to $276 |
| LinkedIn into Pipedrive | None | Not available | Ln2CRM on Pipedrive | $156 to $276 |
| LinkedIn into Zoho CRM | Advanced Plus + Zoho Marketplace extension (activities only) | about $1,900 | Ln2CRM on Zoho, every data centre | $156 to $276 |
The HubSpot case is the one that changed most recently: HubSpot's own Sales Navigator integration moved behind Advanced Plus in 2025, which is covered in detail in HubSpot Sales Navigator integration: what changed and the cheaper path.
Sales Navigator cost for a team: three worked examples
Per seat prices hide the real number. Here is a five person sales team for one year, in US dollars, before tax.
| Setup | Math | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Five Core seats, annual | 5 × $1,079.88 | $5,399.40 |
| Five Advanced seats, annual | 5 × $1,799.88 | $8,999.40 |
| Five Advanced Plus seats for CRM sync | 5 × about $1,600, plus a CRM edition that supports CRM Sync | about $8,000 plus the CRM bill |
| One Core seat for the researcher, five Ln2CRM Pro seats for capture | $1,079.88 + 5 × $276 | $2,459.88 |
| No Sales Navigator, five Ln2CRM Base seats on regular LinkedIn | 5 × $156 | $780 |
The last two rows are not for everyone. If the team lives on advanced filters and InMail, keep the Core seats. The point is narrower: do not pay for Advanced Plus because of CRM sync, and do not give every rep a Sales Navigator seat if only one of them builds the lists.
How to pay less for Sales Navigator
- Bill annually on Core. The 25% saving is the single biggest discount LinkedIn offers, and it is bigger than anything a sales rep will give you on Advanced Plus.
- Buy Core unless you need TeamLink. Advanced is $720 more per seat per year for team features. A team of two or three rarely uses them.
- Separate searching from capturing. One or two Core seats for the people who build lists, a CRM extension for everyone who talks to prospects.
- Use the trial on a real list. Build your saved lead lists during the free month and export what you need before deciding; the alternatives guide covers what you lose when a seat ends. Note that saved leads cannot be exported natively; how to export LinkedIn contacts explains what LinkedIn does and does not let you download.
- Check the currency. If you can legitimately bill through a UK or eurozone entity, the GBP Core price is about 12% below the dollar price at 2026 rates; the euro price is about the same as USD.
- Compare the whole stack. For a prospecting workflow, the LinkedIn sales tool pricing comparison puts Sales Navigator next to Surfe, Hublead, LinkMatch, Waalaxy and others so you can see the full monthly number per rep.
