LinkedIn Sales Tool Pricing in 2026: 10 Tools Compared

One vendor sells the CRM connector as a separate module. One prices differently depending on which CRM you plug in. One runs a permanent sale so the number on the page is never the number you pay. Here are the real figures for ten tools, checked on their own pricing pages, plus a rating of how honestly each one is priced.

Comparing these tools on price is harder than it should be, and not by accident. One charges per seat but sells the CRM connection as a separate module. One prices differently depending on which CRM you plug in. One runs a permanent sale so the number you see is never the number on the page. Two of them mix a subscription with per unit charges. This page puts the actual figures side by side, explains what a credit buys, and rates each vendor on whether you can tell what you are paying for.

Full disclosure: we make Ln2CRM, one of the tools below. So read our own row with that in mind. Everything here was checked on the vendors' own pricing pages on 1 September 2026, and these prices move often, so verify before you buy.

The numbers, side by side

Entry paid plan and top published tier, per user per month. Where a vendor shows both a monthly and an annual rate, the annual one is in brackets. The last two columns show the credit or usage allowance you actually get at the cheapest paid package and at the most expensive publicly-listed tier (custom/enterprise tiers excluded).

A note on what is being compared. The first five are LinkedIn to CRM tools: their job is to move a person from a profile into your CRM. Waalaxy, Dux-Soup and Expandi are outreach automation, and Wiza and Lusha are contact data providers. They appear together here because buyers genuinely compare them, but they solve different problems and a straight price comparison across the groups is misleading.

What each one actually charges for

Surfe

Free tier, then Essential at $49 per user per month billed monthly or $39 billed annually, with 150 email and 50 mobile credits a month. Pro is $89 monthly or $79 annually with 1,000 email and 100 mobile credits, and Enterprise is custom.

What the enrichment numbers hide is the sync. The email and mobile credits are only half the story: the 1-click Add to CRM itself is limited on Essential and only becomes full and unlimited on Pro. So the entry seat caps how much you can actually push into your CRM, not just how many phone numbers you can reveal, which is easy to miss when you compare on the credit line alone.

The other thing to know: on their own pricing page, the CRM connector is described as an independent module that can be purchased for $29 per month. So for a tool bought specifically to connect LinkedIn to a CRM, the connection can sit outside the seat price. Read the plan you are on carefully before you budget.

Hublead

Three tiers, each shown as a pair: $40 per seat per month, or $32 if you commit annually, then $80 or $64, then $140 or $112. Credits are stated per tier: 600 on the entry plan, 6,000 in the middle and 24,000 at the top, with a second smaller allowance of 50, 500 and 2,000 alongside. The conversion is published too, and it is the one worth remembering: exporting a contact costs 1 credit, enriching a HubSpot list costs 1, and revealing a phone number costs 8. So 600 credits is 600 exports or 75 phone numbers, not both.

LeadCRM

A free plan, then Professional at $23.96 per seat per month billed yearly, which the page shows as $287.50 for the year, Grow at $39.96 ($479.50 a year) and Ultimate at $55.96 ($671.50 a year). Monthly and quarterly options exist at higher rates.

Credit clarity is the best on this page. There are three separate pools, and they are all stated. Sync credits: 10 a month on Free, 200 on Professional, and unlimited on Grow and Ultimate. Lead Finder credits: 30 / 150 / 400 / 1,200, with the conversion spelled out in words, one credit per email and three per phone number. AI credits are counted separately again (10 / 150 / 400 / 1,200). Three buckets is more to track than Ln2CRM's flat actions, but at least you can calculate a real monthly cost before you sign up, which is more than most of this list allows.

LinkMatch

Standard from €21.99 per user per month and Professional from €35.99, with a 14 day trial. There is also a pay as you go option at €10 per 100 profiles, and a much cheaper recruiting oriented plan at €5.99.

The unusual part: the price is not one price. It varies by which CRM you connect, so the Professional tier appears at €28.99, €31.99, €35.99 and €47.50 depending on the integration. Nothing wrong with that, but it means quoting "LinkMatch costs X" is meaningless until you say which CRM you use.

Waalaxy

€19, €49 and €69 per user per month, 14 day trial, no credit system. Limits are expressed as LinkedIn invitation volumes and channels, with cold email and multichannel sequences on the top tier. This is outreach automation rather than CRM sync, so it competes with Expandi and Dux-Soup more than with the tools above.

Dux-Soup

Pro at $14.99 a month, or $11.25 annually. Turbo at $55, or $41.25. Cloud at $99, or $74.17. The difference between tiers is largely where the automation runs: your own machine on the cheaper plans, their infrastructure on Cloud. No credits, no per unit charges, and the cheapest genuine entry point in this list.

Expandi

One number: $99 per month, or $79 on annual billing, everything included, with custom pricing above ten seats. Whatever you think of the price, the structure is the most honest on this page. You know exactly what you are buying.

Wiza

A free tier with 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers, then email focused plans at $49 and $99 per user per month, and email plus phone plans at $83 per month billed at $990 a year, $166 billed at $1,990 a year, and $199.

Watch the per unit extras. The $49 plan includes 100 valid emails a month and the $99 plan 500, after which extra emails cost about $0.15 each. Phone numbers are $0.35 each on the plans that meter them, and the email plus phone tier caps exports at 2,500 a month while advertising unlimited email reveals. The subscription is the floor, not the bill.

Lusha

A free plan with 40 credits a month, then Starter at $49.90 a month for 400 credits, Professional at $69.90 for 600, and Premium at $399.90 for 3,400 credits a month (4,800, 7,200 and 40,800 a year respectively). A Scale tier exists above that at custom pricing. A promotional discount often runs on the page, so the headline you see may sit below list.

Credits are the whole story here. One credit reveals an email; a phone number costs ten, so a 400-credit Starter plan is 400 emails or 40 phone numbers, not both. Unused monthly credits roll over up to twice your limit. It is a contact-data provider priced by reveal, not a LinkedIn-to-CRM sync tool, so it belongs on this page only because buyers cross-shop it.

Ln2CRM

Our own tool, so judge accordingly. A free tier, then Base at $16 per user per month or $156 for the year, which works out at $13 a month, and Pro at $23 or $216 for the year, which is $18 a month. Limits are expressed as actions per month rather than credits you buy. Free gives 10 create and 10 manage actions plus 5 Copilot requests. Base gives 500 create and 500 manage actions plus 10 Copilot requests. Pro gives 2,000 create and 2,000 manage actions plus 500 Copilot requests and API access. Nothing is sold as a top up. It connects to Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce, and the CRM connection is not a separate module.

What a credit actually buys

This is the part that decides your real bill, and it is almost never on the comparison pages. Same word, completely different unit.

Tool Included on the entry paid plan What one unit costs you
Hublead600 credits, plus a second allowance of 50Contact export 1, list enrichment 1, phone number 8
LeadCRM150 sync credits a month, AI credits counted separatelyEmail 1, phone 3
Surfe150 email and 50 mobile a month, or 1,800 and 600 a year on annual billingTwo separate pools, email and mobile do not convert
Wiza100 valid emails a month on $49, 500 on $99Extra email about $0.15, phone $0.35
LushaSlider, 24,000 to 120,000 credits a yearNot stated on the page before you pick a volume
LinkMatchNo credits on the subscriptionPay as you go option at €10 per 100 profiles
Ln2CRM500 create and 500 manage actions a month, plus 10 Copilot requestsNo credits and no top ups, two separate monthly counters
Waalaxy, Dux-Soup, ExpandiNo credit systemLimits are LinkedIn actions and seats instead

Work an example. Say you need 80 phone numbers in a month. On Hublead that is 640 credits, so the 600 credit entry plan does not cover it and nothing else you do that month is free. On LeadCRM it is 240 of your 150 monthly sync credits, so also short. On Wiza it is about $28 on top of the subscription. The headline prices of those three are $40, $23.96 and $49, and the ranking changes completely once the phone numbers are counted.

Transparency, rated

Not a quality ranking. This is only about one question: after five minutes on the pricing page, can you say what your team will pay next month?

  • Clearest: Expandi. One price, everything included. You cannot misread it.
  • Very clear: Dux-Soup and Waalaxy. Flat tiers, no credits, no per unit surprises.
  • Clear: LeadCRM. Credits exist but the conversion is stated in words, and the annual total is shown next to the monthly figure.
  • Readable with care: Hublead. Two numbers per tier and a "starts at", so check which commitment your quote assumes.
  • Needs a decision first: LinkMatch. The price depends on your CRM, so you cannot compare it until you know which integration you need.
  • Read the fine print: Surfe. The seat price is clear, but the CRM connector being a separate $29 module is the kind of detail that changes a budget after it has been approved.
  • Read the fine print: Wiza. Overlapping tiers plus per unit charges beyond the included volume.
  • Least pinnable: Lusha. A promotional discount and a credit slider move the number at the same time.

How to compare these properly

Seat price is the wrong unit. Work out the cost of one useful action instead, because that is what varies by a factor of ten.

  • Count what you actually do in a month. Fifty profiles saved to the CRM is a completely different bill from five hundred email reveals.
  • Convert credits into your currency. If a phone number costs three credits and you need eighty a month, that is 240 credits before anything else happens.
  • Add the modules. A connector, an API, extra exports and additional seats are all separate line items somewhere on this page.
  • Check the annual commitment. Most of the annual prices here require paying twelve months up front, not a monthly payment at a lower rate.
  • Then check whether you need the category at all. If your problem is getting people from LinkedIn into a CRM, a data provider will not solve it, and if your problem is sending 200 connection requests a week, a CRM sidebar will not solve that either.

If you have not chosen the CRM yet, that decision comes first and changes everything downstream. We wrote a separate comparison of the best CRMs for LinkedIn that covers it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest LinkedIn to CRM tool?
Among the tools whose job is moving people from LinkedIn into a CRM, Ln2CRM at $16 per user per month, or $13 on annual billing, and LinkMatch from €21.99 are the lowest published entry points. Dux-Soup is cheaper still at $14.99 but it is outreach automation, not CRM sync, so it does not do the same job.
How much does Surfe cost?
$49 per user per month billed monthly, or $39 billed annually, on the entry paid plan, with 150 email and 50 mobile credits a month. The higher tier is $89 monthly or $79 annually. Their pricing page also describes the CRM connector as an independent module available for $29 per month, so check whether your plan includes it.
How much does Hublead cost?
Three tiers at $40, $80 and $140 per seat per month, dropping to $32, $64 and $112 on annual billing, with enrichment credits scaling by tier.
What is a credit and how do I budget for it?
A credit is one unit of data retrieval, and the conversion differs by vendor. LeadCRM charges one credit per email and three per phone number. Surfe counts email and mobile credits separately. Wiza adds per unit charges beyond the included volume. To budget, multiply your real monthly volume by the conversion rate rather than comparing headline prices.
Why is LinkMatch a different price on different pages?
Because their pricing varies by which CRM you connect. The Professional tier appears at €28.99, €31.99, €35.99 and €47.50 depending on the integration, so the figure only means something once you name your CRM.
Are these prices current?
They were taken from each vendor's own pricing page on 1 September 2026. Pricing in this category changes often, promotional discounts run for months at a time, and several vendors show different figures by region, so treat this as a snapshot and confirm on the vendor site before purchasing.
Want the cheapest way to test the category? Every tool here has a free tier or a trial. Ours is free to start, works with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce, and does not require a Sales Navigator seat. See our pricing.
Takeaway: the headline seat price predicts almost nothing in this category. What predicts your real bill is the credit conversion, whether the CRM connection is included or sold separately, and whether the annual price means paying a year up front. Compare on the cost of one useful action and the rankings change completely.
