Where to find the email search
The ✨ button sits inside the empty Email field of the create form. Its tooltip shows Find email with Ln2CRM (N left this month). The same button appears on an empty Phone field once you have added your own provider key. Fields that already have a value do not show it.
If you prefer not to click every time, open Settings, Enrichment and turn on Find the email automatically when I open the create form. Each automatic search then spends one email find from your plan or your own key, so leave it off if you open many profiles you never save.
How many emails you can find
| Plan | Email finds a month | Email checks a month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | 10 |
| Base | 100 | 250 |
| Pro | 300 | 750 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Only a found email counts as a find. A search that returns nothing is free, and if a search takes longer than usual, clicking ✨ again picks up the same search and is not charged twice. Allowances reset with your plan's monthly cycle and do not roll over. Searches made through your own FullEnrich or Apollo key do not use these allowances; they use your provider's credits. Plan prices are on the pricing page.
What the green and yellow checks mean
| You see | Tooltip in Ln2CRM | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Green check | Verified: this email is deliverable | The mail server confirmed the mailbox. Safe to send. |
| Yellow check | Not verified: this email is probable but could not be confirmed or Not verified: the mail server did not confirm this email | Probably right, but the server would not confirm it, often because it accepts every address. Usable; watch the first send. |
| Undeliverable | Not verified: this email looks undeliverable | Likely to bounce. Do not send; try another source. |
Set the search order
- Open Settings, then Enrichment, then Email search order.
- You see the built in search (Built in, included in your plan, with how many are left this month) and every key you added (Your key, credits from your provider account).
- Drag them into the order you want. With the keyboard, focus an item and use Alt and the arrow keys. The order saves on its own and shows ✓ Order saved.
Ln2CRM tries the sources from top to bottom and stops at the first email found, so the source you trust most, or the cheapest one, should be first. Phone numbers have their own list, Phone search order, which only contains your own keys.
Add your own FullEnrich or Apollo key
- Open Settings, Enrichment, Your own API keys, and click Add a key.
- Pick the provider. FullEnrich is marked as recommended; if you do not have an account, it gives 50 free credits with no card required.
- Paste the API key from your provider's settings and save. Ln2CRM tests the key and shows Verified with the date and, where the provider reports it, your credit balance.
- The key now appears in Email search order and Phone search order. Move it where you want it.
Lookups through your key are billed by your provider at their price; Ln2CRM adds no markup. You can remove a key at any time and add it again later.
What gets written to your CRM
The found email goes to the person you are saving, or to the record already linked to the profile: the Person in Pipedrive, the Contact in HubSpot, the Lead or Contact in Zoho and Salesforce. When the search finishes, Ln2CRM tells you what it did:
| Message | What happened |
|---|---|
| Email for Maya found and added to HubSpot. | The email field was empty and now holds the address. |
| Email for Maya found. The email field in HubSpot was already filled, so we added it to a note. | An existing address was kept; the new one is in a note so you can decide. |
| Email for Maya found, it was already in HubSpot. | Same address, nothing changed. |
| No email found for Maya. | No source had an address. Nothing was charged. |
Phone searches report the same way, with Phone in place of Email.
Enrichment history
Settings, Enrichment history lists your searches of the last 30 days, newest first, with five columns: When, Contact, Found, Provider and Confidence (Verified, Probable, Undeliverable or Not checked). Searches that found nothing show Not found; interrupted ones show Cancelled or Did not finish. Use Refresh to update the list.
If it does not work
| You see | Fix |
|---|---|
| You have used all N built-in email searches this month. | Wait for the next cycle, upgrade your plan, or add your own FullEnrich or Apollo key. |
| The search is taking longer than usual. | Click ✨ again in a few seconds. It continues the same search and does not charge twice. |
| Your provider rejected the key. Reconnect in Settings. | The key was revoked or mistyped. Paste a fresh key under Your own API keys. |
| Out of credits with your provider. | Top up with FullEnrich or Apollo, or move the built in search above your key in the search order. |
| The email search for Maya did not finish. Try ✨ again. | A source timed out. Run it again. |
| Email for Maya found, but we could not add it to HubSpot. | The CRM refused the write, usually a lost connection or a required field. Reconnect the CRM in Settings and save again; the address is in Enrichment history. |
| No ✨ button on the Phone field | Phone numbers need your own key. Add a FullEnrich or Apollo key first. |
